This is an exciting development opportunity for an experienced administrator to bring their experience and knowledge to the Gateway Hub as a  Acute GP admin co-ordinator.

The Gateway Hub is located onsite at University Hospitals Plymouth (UHP).   It supports a delivery of an integrated approach to avoid unnecessary admissions and provides care for people with medical problems who do not require hospital admission.  We link to community services and general practice to support the interface between primary and secondary care.

The Gateway Hub also provides clinical cover for our exciting Integrated Virtual Ward.   We are committed to revolutionising healthcare delivery for acute and community patients.  Our aim to provide high quality, patient-centred care in the comfort of their own homes.
