Working for our organisation

We pride ourselves on delivering high standards of care and building relationships within the communities we are part of. Taking part in local events such as fund-raising events. We also enjoy time together doing activities such as walking/dog walking, lunches/picnics, also the occasional inter-department games.

We have a stunning outside area to enjoy breaks, lunches and even yoga. Nothing compares to the amazing view of our local area and only a 5-minute walk away from the beach.

We have an established training and induction plan for all new team members and experience in the community is therefore not essential. Some of our new colleagues have had this to say about us –

‘The support from this team has been unmatched to anything I have experienced before in my career. I was made to feel welcome and supported within my team.’

And from one of our newly qualified nurses –

‘The experience in the community has been so different from the acute. Supportive, calming and confidence building.’

If you are able to work flexibly between the hours of 7am and 7pm, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, across Community nursing and Intermediate Care (nursing) to meet the needs of the Service, then come and join our team!
