Main duties of the job

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy across a range of community settings. You’ll work autonomously and as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, which includes nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, dietitians, and more.

Your day-to-day will include:

·         Providing expert care in patients’ homes and intermediate care placements

·         Managing your own caseload across varied and often complex conditions

·         Working closely with GPs and wider healthcare professionals to prevent hospital admissions and support early discharges

·         Participate in our flexible weekend and late duty rotas
