Job overview
University Hospitals Dorset is seeking a friendly hardworking, reliable person to support the Catering team within our Central production kitchen, (CPK) you will be working with our team of chefs to produce meals for the hospitals within University Hospitals Dorset.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital

Main duties of the job
As a vital part of the catering team, you will support our chefs in producing high-quality meals for University Hospitals Dorset. Your primary responsibilities include following production plans to accurately pick and weigh daily ingredients. This role requires exceptional attention to detail to ensure precise ingredient selection and maintain thorough records, ensuring an accurate audit trail for all stock used. You will maintain high standards of hygiene within the Central Production Kitchen, collaborating with the wider team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department.
