Job overview
We have an exciting opportunity to support a return to practice Allied Health Professional . This will be in conjunction with a recognised university course (online) and practical experience on placement. The position is for a minimum of 15 hours per week and maximum of 30 hours per week.
This is an honorary contract with vacancies available to apply to on the completion of the course.
Main duties of the job
To develop clinical and professional competence as an Allied Health Professional (AHP) to meet the standards of proficiency to be readmitted to the Health & Care Professions Council and / or Profession specific register. To contribute to the provision of high standards and to demonstrate safe practice.

- • Qualified AHP
- Lapsed HCPC and / or professional body registration
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working as registered AHP
- Excellent working knowledge of HCPC and/ or professional body standards
- Knowledge of Return to Practice requirements for specific profession
Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Demonstrate an understanding of professional accountability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work effectively within a clinical environment
- Excellent communication skills
