Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our supportive, dynamic, forward thinking team in Ophthalmology Eye Emergency Department.
The successful candidate will need to develop a range of skills to enable them to cover all aspects of the care we provide to our patients, this includes:
16.0 hours part time equivalent Ophthalmic Technician on permanent staff.
This is just some examples of the variety of work required to help support our clinicians.
- Vision testing
- Using a variety of imagining equipment
- Doing triage
We are able to offer a comprehensive induction to ensure you are competent in undertaking the day to day tasks.
The hours available are hours per week , the only stipulation is you will be required to work until 18:00 each day. You are expected to work at University Hospitals Dorset (Bournemouth)
