The Community Therapy Team (Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch) is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced, full time, Team Secretary.  We are a large team consisting of 3 other Administrators, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Rehabilitation Assistants. 

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.  Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.

The successful applicant will need to have a good standard of education, excellent IT skills and amazing communication skills.  The role includes working alongside the other Administrators to provide high quality administrative support to the whole team. 

You will need to have worked in a similar role in the past and be able to work in a fast paced office environment.  The role involves the use of SystmOne, EPR and all aspects of Microsoft Office. 

Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in dealing with the general public, answering the telephone, minute taking, ordering via eprocurement and a good knowledge of SystmOne.

You will need to be able to organise your own workload and be able to deal with changing priorities such as covering Reception occasionally.
