We are looking for a strong visible clinical leader who would like to join the as the Nursing lead for emergency practitioners as part of the Acute Floor Emergency Department Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of the team working across emergency departments at two sites within the trust.
The post holder will manage the nursing team (Emergency Care Practitioners, Associate Practitioners and HCAs where in post) whilst supporting and developing a learning environment for the wider Emergency Department nursing team.
Expectations will be that the post holder is to able to meet the identified key performance indicators whilst opportunities for the successful candidate to remain involved in service development, building redesign, teaching and education of workforce in response to service and organisational demands.
- Posts in the Trust are subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal spent and unspent convictions, reprimands, and cautions.
- Appointment to this role will commence at the lowest salary point unless confirmed otherwise by HR Employment Services (Recruitment, Administration & Terms and Conditions)
