assistants for our Facilities team .  

Previous cleaning and catering experience would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided. Please give FULL details of any relevant experience on your application form to assist us with the shortlisting process.

Our Bank Facilities Assistants receive a 12.5% addition to our standard hourly rates, so earn over £12 per hour before tax.

Regular hours are not guaranteed, but various shifts are available from 6:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. including at weekends with attractive enhancements.

Main duties of the job

  • To ensure strict adherence to all policies and procedures in relation to food hygiene, including HACCP, personal hygiene and cleaning down procedures.
  • Clean all surfaces using appropriate methods to remove dust and debris.

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard in English and Maths
Desirable criteria
  • Basic Health & Safety certificate
  • Maths and English GCSEs grade C/4 or above
  • NVQ Cleaning

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of working in a healthcare environment
  • Previous experience in Housekeeping/Cleaning/Catering services
