Job overview
Following a promotion within the service, an opportunity has arisen for Band 7 Nurse/Paramedic within the Urgent Community Response Team (UCR). In this role, you will deliver a rapid 2-hour response to patients experiencing a health crisis, aiming to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and support care in the community as part of the Virtual Ward core clinical delivery team.

Aligned with the NHS Long Term Plan’s focus on enhancing community-based services, UCR is at the forefront of clinical innovation and integrated care.
