Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the MSK Therapies service as an Administration Assistant. The post will be based at Conquest Hospital however there may be opportunities to support other sites across the community. You will be part of a highly motivated, supportive and friendly team, and will interact with a wide range of organisations and clients.

Main duties of the job

The role will involve the provision of administrative support to the MSK Triage Team, ensuring patient administration systems are kept up to date, booking appointments and being a first point of contact for patients via phone or email.

 We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual who has previous experience of working within a busy office environment, or similar.

  • Good general level of education including Maths and English
  • Evidence of computer literacy

  • NVQ Level 3 in Administration or proven equivalent experience
