Job overview

UHSussex is pleased to have secured external funding for the role of Digital Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and technically capable Digital Content Creator to join our Learning Technology team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. Based at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton, with occasional travel to other sites, you’ll work alongside educators, managers, and staff in a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles to design and produce engaging digital learning materials that support staff training and development across the Trust.

This is a hands-on role involving the filming, editing, and publishing of video content, as well as supporting staff in the use of digital learning tools and the Trust’s Learning Management System. You’ll be expected to contribute to the planning and delivery of high-quality digital resources, promote accessibility best practices, and assist in providing training and troubleshooting support. Experience with video production, Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro), and content creation tools is essential.

To help us assess your suitability for the role, applicants are asked to submit a 2–3 minute showreel showcasing your digital content work—particularly video-based projects. This can be a compilation of clips or a single project that highlights your technical ability and creative approach - please add an accessible link to your application submission
