Job overview

Uckfield Community Hospital are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly o Reception/ administrator  to meet and greet their patients and users of the Hospital.

Deal with general enquires

Using the Trust IT Systems book in patients for their appointments

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Good general education to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Ability to undertake additional training on departmental IT and manual systems
  • Computer literate

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Previous Customer Service or Admin roles
Desirable criteria
  • Evidence of substantial clerical experience, especially in relation to filing systems
  • Experience and understanding of a an Oasis system
