Aseptic Workflow Assistant

Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated person who enjoys a challenge
Working with and supported by a specialised team you will identify, analyse, report and introduce work practices that leads to the reduction of returned and waste products produced within the aseptic services team or because of non-administration of treatments to our patients.
Main duties of the job
Working in the Aseptic Services pharmacy team for a fixed term contract of 12 months you will review the existing processes and gather data to support the introduction of new ways of working to minimise the waste of products bought in and produced.
Ideally you will have experience of data collection, analysing and interpretating data, and presenting the outcomes of this process including improvement ideas.

Education and Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Minimum 4 GCSE’s in maths, English and Science at grade 4 (previously C) or equivalent e.g. functional skills
Desirable criteria
- Pharmacy Services NVQ level 2
- Pharmaceutical Sciences BTEC level 2
- Microsoft IT Training / Qualifications
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience (through placements or employment) of working in a busy environment.
- Ability to handle large volume of data and analyse and report on the outcomes
- Ability to problem solve
Desirable criteria
- Experience of Process Mapping
- Delivery of improvement solutions
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
