The Trust is seeking an outgoing and motivated individual to join the reception team at our main base, Willerby Hill. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as the role involves liaising with a multi-disciplinary team and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
This is a part-time position, working weekdays from 12:00/12:30 until 4:00pm. Flexibility is required to provide additional cover during periods of annual leave and sickness when needed.
The role includes providing administrative support and carrying out reception duties, while also contributing to the planning and development of the department as an active team member.
In addition, the post holder will support the Office Coordinator with the implementation of new agile working spaces, using the Trust’s software systems to manage and oversee office space bookings.

- Experiencing in managing and maintaining office systems
- Excellent customer care skills
- Excellent communication skills when dealing with patients, staff, visitors and outside agencies
- Able to deal with stressful situations with vulnerable patients, ex service users, members of the public who self-present
- Good listening skills

- GCSEs/O levels English and Maths
- Standard keyboard skills e.g. RSA2, ECDL OR demonstrable experience within an administration field at standard level
