In this role, you’ll be trusted to deliver safe, person‑centred care in people’s own homes, helping them live well and stay independent. You will work as part of the Bee at Home team, supporting colleagues and contributing to high‑quality community care. Every day is different, and your work will make a clear and positive difference to those you support.
 

We cover the whole of Hull and East Riding so the ability to commute within CHCP CIC's geographical areas with access to appropriate means of transport is essential.

What you’ll do:
  • Assist with the implementation of clinical and social care packages in people’s homes
  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing and meal preparation
  • Support with safe medication administration
  • Build positive relationships with patients, families and colleagues
  • Work a range of shifts including 08:00–14:00, 08:00–16:00, 14:00–22:00 and 16:00–22:00, across a seven‑day service including bank holidays
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience delivering personal care in a health or social care setting
  • Confidence working in people’s homes and supporting varied needs
  • Good communication skills and a caring, reliable approach
  • A willingness to learn, with training and support provided

Qualifications

  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent level of experience in Health and/or Social Care
  • Medication administration training or willing to undertake this as part of the induction period
  • Care Certificate or willingness to complete this within a 6 month induction period

Knowledge & Experience
