Job overview

We are recruiting a Band 3 Health Care Assistant for the Haltemprice Community Nursing Team (CHCP CIC) on a permanent contract. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care as part of an integrated team working with health and social care partners. This position is suited to individuals who are proactive and enjoy developing new approaches. 

Main duties of the job

Due to the nature of the post the applicant will be expected to travel across many sites within the Hull & East Riding area providing care in the community, therefore would need to demonstrate that they could do this safely and effectively using their own vehicle and must have a UK driving licence with business use insurance and the vehicle must be suitable for business purposes. Whilst a base will be identified, staff can be asked to work anywhere within Hull & East Riding.
