Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Evolve - Hull Community Eating Disorder Service for an enthusiastic and motivated practitioner to work within our established and innovative treatment programme for adults with eating disorders.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve undertaking specialist assessments, formulating treatment plans, supporting meals, and delivering evidence-based interventions on an individual basis or in a group setting.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Professional Health Qualification, RMN, RN, SW, OT or equivalent therapy training with recognised accreditation
- Evidence of further professional development
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of further training/learning in eating disorders
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Ability to carry out holistic assessments
Desirable criteria
- Have knowledge and an understanding of eating disorder management and treatments
- Knowledge of mental health risk assessment
- Have an understanding of current mental health legislation pertaining to the management of eating disorders
Experience
Essential criteria
- Use of technology to undertake role effectively
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in a mental health setting
- Experience of working with eating disorders
- Experience of facilitating treatment groups
- Experience in the treatment/management of eating disorders
- Experience of working in the community
Applicant requirements
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
