  • Complete comprehensive assessments and deliver specialist occupational therapy interventions
  • Work autonomously while contributing to multidisciplinary decision‑making
  • Manage and prioritise a specialist caseload in a responsive and flexible way
  • Support junior staff through supervision, mentoring and shared learning
  • Contribute to service development, audits and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
  • A registered Occupational Therapist with strong clinical skills in frailty or community care
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and managing complex caseloads
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to work sensitively with patients and families
  • Confidence using clinical reasoning to plan and adapt care
  • Commitment to ongoing learning, with support and supervision provided
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and value ideas that help us strengthen fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement across our services.
