Job overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly-motivated individuals to join the Perinatal Mental Health Team to provide administration Support, to the nursing and Consultant Team, throughout Hull, East Riding and North East Lincs.
Candidates must be organised and able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable nature are essential for this role, especially during telephone contact with patients, staff and the general public.
Main duties of the job
You will be required to process referrals on our electronic patient record system ( System One), complete appointment letters, transcription of Consultant letters and arranging and minuting of meetings, arranging patient appointments and supervise less experienced staff.

Qualifications and Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Minimum of 3 G.C.S.E including Maths and English C and above
- Advanced Keyboard Skills RCA/OCR III
- Experience within Administration at an advanced Level.
- Level 3 Business Administration
Desirable criteria
- Advanced ECDL
