Main duties of the job

You will be providing   assessment of need and risk, formulation and intervention for the service users accessing PICU. Staff support is a fundamental part of the role in providing  clinical leadership within the unit  and supporting  psychologically underpinned  multi-disciplinary care.

As a PICU  team you will work together to provide trauma informed care  to  people accessing the service, liaising closely with your community, out of area provider and  inpatient colleagues, sharing formulations and devising care plans that support transitions between community and inpatient settings .
