This is a senior leadership role for a psychologist who is passionate about advancing psychologically informed care for older adults experiencing functional mental health difficulties. The role combines advanced clinical practice, professional leadership, and service development.

The post holder will play a key role in shaping the psychological model within older people’s services and ensuring that care is trauma-informed, formulation-driven, and evidence-based.
