An opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly-motivated individuals to join the Administrative Team in the Learning Team within our People and Organisational Development Directorate.
The successful candidate will be based at The Learning Centre at Willerby.
The post holder will work as an essential member of the Learning & Development Team and support in delivering an effective, efficient, responsive and high-quality service.
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working to tight deadlines, all without compromising on accuracy or attention to detail. A proactive and methodical approach to workload management is essential.
Strong communication skills are a must, as the role involves regular interaction with other team and staff members. The successful candidate will demonstrate a friendly, approachable, and professional manner at all times, particularly during teams and in face-to-face settings.
A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and helpful under pressure are key qualities we value.

Main duties of the job
To provide a professional administrative support to the Training & Development Department.
To manage the Learning Centre inbox which is the first point of contact for all staff.
Answer the phone and take messages.
Support visitors to the Learning Centre with any queries they may have.
Administer learning management within ESR - the Trust's learning portal.

Qualifications & Knowledge
Essential criteria
- 2 GCSEs/O levels English and Maths
- To have knowledge of office procedures, clerical/reception work.
- Literate and Numerate
- Standard keyboard skills

- NVQ2 or equivalent experiential learning

- Experience of working with others
- Knowledge of IT systems Including a range of MS Office applications.
