This is a role that’s all about driving smarter, faster, more impactful change. This position calls for someone who brings confident, evidence‑based leadership and a strong track record in project delivery, service transformation and quality improvement. Main duties of the job

  • Drive project design and delivery by supporting the project sponsor through all stages of planning and implementation.
  • Lead and coordinate key meetings across the organisation, ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time.
  • Track progress with precision, monitoring timelines, identifying risks, and escalating issues with clear, proactive mitigation plans.
  • Communicate with confidence and sensitivity, handling complex or challenging information that may impact staff, patients, carers and wider stakeholders.
  • Model excellent interpersonal skills, consistently upholding Trust standards of professionalism and customer care.
  • Produce high‑quality reporting, working with service leads to generate updates for the Service Planning and Transformation Group and other reporting streams
  • Collaborate closely with senior managers, providing regular performance insights and supporting informed decision‑making.
  • Develop others, offering guidance and support to less experienced colleagues to strengthen their project management and communication capabilities.
