An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skin cancer CNS to join the St Andrews Burns and Plastic Surgery skin cancer team based at Mid Essex Hospitals.  The service runs as a hub and spoke service with clinics held at Basildon, Colchester, Southend and Romford in which you may be required to cover.

The team support patients from across the Essex network referred with a skin cancer diagnosis requiring surgery and ongoing management.  

The successful candidate will be a registered nurse who has excellent communication skills and is able to organize their time efficiently and work independently as well as part of a team. 

The role will focus upon ensuring that patients on the cancer pathway have a point of contact and that the patient and the clinical team are  supported in ensuring that the patients pathway is of the highest quality of care.
