Beyond clinical tasks, you will be expected to contribute to the department's educational culture by attending teaching sessions, workshops, and simulation training. Play a key role in departmental safety & evolution through involvement in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical governance, while fulfilling service requirements by contributing to the local on-call rotas.
Based mainly in Broomfield Hospital covering all theatres and remote site but will also include the opportunity to cover elective orthopaedic work at Braintree Community Hospital. The on calls will predominantly cover maternity theatres/labour ward, plastics trauma and a senior anaesthetist (1330) tier.
