Are you about to graduate as a new dietitian or a newly qualified dietitian ?

We at MSE hospitals have an exciting opportunity for a band 5 Dietitian to  Join our friendly team at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford with many specialities.  We support team working and encourage innovation and progression.

You will join an enthusiastic and motivated dietetic team with  Dietetic assistants and 2 other Band 5 Dietitians . The post will be a rotational post within acute and community settings 

You will have ongoing support from senior members of the team and the opportunity to shadow and develop clinical skills in speciality areas that interest you .

We are also committed to supporting ongoing personal development and we are also a dedicated department for student training. 

As a key member of the team you will cover a varied and challenging caseload in a supportive environment including inpatients and outpatients .

Main duties of the job

To act as a source of expertise in the dietary management and treatment of a diverse range of conditions for patients, healthcare professionals, and the general public and the media.

To manage a clinical caseload encompassing but not exclusively in a range of in-patients from medical, surgical, cardiothoracic, orthopaedic and care of the elderly wards, and out-patient clinics in both hospital and community settings.

  • HCPC/Applied for HCPC.
