Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital provider in the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ICS), which is a system of health and care partners working together for our local population.

Within Mid and South Essex there are 149 GP practices, operating from over 200 sites, forming 27 Primary Care Networks and one Ambulance Trust. There are also three main community and mental health service providers who work together through a community collaborative.

Main duties of the job

To work as part of a team providing holistic care to the 24 patients.

There will be opportunity for team building with team study days and development within your role.

We specialise in Plastic Surgery patients and have a strong link with the Burns unit as patients transition to be discharged.

This will include all observations, health and hygiene needs and promoting mobilisation.

You will be required to use computer skills and keep mandatory training up to date.

You will be expected to work within the multidisciplinary team and have good clear communication skills.

We hope to provide our patients with individualised patient centred care.
