Job overview

We’re looking for an experienced ESR professional to lead and optimise our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and related workforce systems. As ESR Manager you will be responsible for data quality, system integrity and compliance with national standards, whilst driving improvements that make a real difference to our workforce and patient care.

You will bring a problem solving approach to your work, enjoy making process improvements and have proven experience of implementing new systems and ways of working in a complex environment.

We focus on efficiency and innovation, leveraging automation using RPA and ESRGO, and our reporting data warehouse to deliver PowerBI insights.

This post is offered as a full time post, however flexible working and part time hours will also be considered. The post will be hybrid with the main base being The Crescent in Colchester, however there will also be an expectation for the postholder to attend other Trust sites as required.
