We have an exciting new opportunity for a Therapy Assistant to join the rehabilitation team at Halstead Hospital.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
Halstead Hospital is a 20 bedded community ward, delivering inpatient rehabilitation to patients stepping down from acute hospitals or stepping up from the community. The team delivers personalised goal-based rehabilitation to optimise function, independence, health and wellbeing. In collaboration with community colleagues in health, social care and voluntary agencies, the team plans timely discharge ensuring continuity of care and appropriate ongoing support as required.
We are keen to hear from experienced Therapy Assistants, or those who wish to start or progress in their careers to join our friendly established therapy team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Therapy Assistants.
