Job overview

To provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative and support service to the estate’s governance and capital team.  Supporting the governance team with implementing, maintaining and continuously improve all administrative processes in line with the premises assurance model, training, Trust financial instructions, compliance and governance. 

Main duties of the job

Reporting  to the Governance and Compliance to play a central role in maintaining capital programme management and the support systems and processes for the estates and capital senior management team . Providing relevant administrative and clerical support to the Associate Director of Estates and Facilities as and when required

We employ 3,500 staff and serve a local population of around 350,000 people living in west Essex and east Hertfordshire, centred on the M11 corridor and the towns of Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford and Epping. Our extended catchment area incorporates a population of up to 500,000 and includes the areas of Hoddesdon, Cheshunt and Broxbourne in Hertfordshire.

  • Advanced ECDL or equivalent experience
  • Educated to NVQ level 3, City & Guilds certification, BTEC in a relevant subject areas or equivalent level of knowledge
