Job overview

To support the opening of the new community diagnostic centre and current department working across 2 sites.

Working efficiently within a multi-disciplinary team providing a service of basic and more complex investigations within the Trust and services offered by the Trust.

Main duties of the job

Perform a variety of diagnostic tests for the cardiac assessment unit following a daily workload schedule as instructed. Including but not limited to: ECGs, Monitor and monitor analysis, ETT,  device implant and follow up, cardiac catheters

To provide written reports for all investigations.

Communicate effectively with other staff members.

Organisation of departmental diaries and day to day service provision.

Support education, training and personal development of other team members.

We employ 3,500 staff and serve a local population of around 350,000 people living in west Essex and east Hertfordshire, centred on the M11 corridor and the towns of Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford and Epping. Our extended catchment area incorporates a population of up to 500,000 and includes the areas of Hoddesdon, Cheshunt and Broxbourne in Hertfordshire.
