Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital provider in the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ICS), which is a system of health and care partners working together for our local population.

Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Ladybird Nursery for a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated Nursery Carer to join the team on a permanent basis.
If successful you will join our friendly Ladybird nursery team and help provide high quality childcare within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework, whilst creating a safe and stimulating atmosphere for children to play, learn and develop.
Although the post is full time, 5 days per week, (37.5 hours), we are happy to consider part time hours for the right candidate .
Ideally you will hold a recognised Level 2 Early Years qualification and have experience of working within the Early Foundation Stage as a key person.
Located in the grounds of the hospital, Ladybird Nursery is available to staff at the hospital as well as the public and cares for babies and young children under 5. If you are interested in the role and believe you hold the qualities, we require then apply today!

- To assist in providing an environment that offers support and encouragement for every child
- To assist in the development of relationships with the children, their parents and members of the nursery team
- To support the nursery to create and maintain a warm, caring, stimulating environment that promotes each child’s development
