We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Renal Medical Secretary to join our dedicated secretarial team at Southend Hospital. In this vital role, you will perform a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties, supporting our clinical teams and ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the Renal service.

Main duties of the job
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Renal Consultants , Specialty Drs, Specialist Registrars, and senior staff within a busy administrative team.
Facilitate the smooth running of the Renal service in relation to the patient journey by ensuring that coordinated and streamlined administrative processes revolve around the patient and their individual needs.
Process diagnostic reports efficiently and accurately, ensuring all patient pathways are managed in a timely manner.
Support the smooth running of the Renal service, contributing to effective communication, coordination, and workflow management across the department.
