Team Manager - Community Testing Unit
Are you a Registered Nurse with managerial and data reporting experience looking for an opportunity to do something different and progress your career? The Community Testing Unit, which is part of the Covid Test, Trace and Protect programme is looking for a manager for its Community Testing Unit site in Glan Clwyd. In this role you will be part of the high profile and fast paced North Wales response in the fight against Covid-19.
As the team manager you will be required to provide leadership, service development and management within the Community Testing Unit and Antigen Testing Service. You will be required to provide clinical advice to all staff and will lead daily reporting to key internal and external stakeholders. This role is vacant because a secondment has ended and as a result you will working with an established staffing and management team. The service is open 7 days a week.
This position is temporary until 30th June and we are looking to recruit as soon as possible. We welcome applicants that are interested in a secondment (subject to approval from your current team) and external applicants.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
