We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse role on Kingfisher to aid in providing high quality compassionate care to our patients.
You will be supported by a Ward Sister and Clinical Matron in your development within your leadership role.
You will be experienced in leading and coordinating shifts and be able to demonstrate problem solving skills and an ability to develop staff skills and competencies. Flexible working patterns will be considered for all nursing applicants
