Job overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated nurse with experience in cardiac rehabilitation to join our friendly and supportive cardiac rehab team to help deliver outstanding care to our patients.
Main duties of the job

- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and build strong working relationships with colleagues and partners.
- Experience of conducting one to one clinical consultations and prescribing and delivering exercise classes to our wide clinical population.

- Professional UK registration with NMC

- BACPR part 1 & 2 physical activity and exercise
Experience & Knowledge

- Evidence of significant post registration clinical work experience in the cardiac patient

- Member of relevant special interest group
Skills & Ability
Essential criteria
- Demonstrates patient centred approach in communication with patients and carers
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience of NACR data input and validation
