Main duties of the job
We have an exciting opportunity within the Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) team for a Treatment Scheduler. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated member of staff to join our treatment scheduling team working in a friendly and supportive environment. Our core hours are between 08:00 - 18:00.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of patient treatment by ensuring that co-ordinated and streamlined administrative processes revolve around the patient and their individual needs.
Cancer Care is a compassionate, dynamic and high-profile care group which covers a wide range of specialties from treatments for patients with cancer, including chemotherapy and radiotherapy as well as being a Regional Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. We are also the Regional Primary Treatment Centre for Teenagers and Young Adults with cancer.

Qualifications / training required
Essential criteria
- Level 3 qualification in administration/ customer service or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of: E-CaMIS, CaMIS eDMS Aria and Mosaic or similar hospital based systems.
Experience

- Recent experience of working in a busy office environment, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in a large NHS hospital
