Main duties of the job

We are offering an exciting opportunity to help redefine the long-term provision of Breast Cancer services at UHS. 

We are recruiting a one-year fixed term post to work with clinical and administrative staff to deliver a strategy that supports immediate service transformation and long term benefits for all patients referred to the service. 

We are seeking an experienced team-player with advanced communication skills that has proven experience in delivering transformation projects within a clinical healthcare setting.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Specific to this role is the suitability for agile working which is a mixture of on-site and remote working. In addition, we are open to discussing flexibility in the hours that you work. Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you need, and we will explore what’s possible for the role and service.

This role is based within a dynamic Cancer Centre team that have proven experience in service improvement. This role will be working alongside the Cancer Centre management and clinical Breast team based within the Women and newborn care group located in the Princess Anne Hospital.
