We are seeking a  detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the introduction and implementation of new analytical equipment within our Blood Sciences Laboratory. 

The successful candidate will assist senior scientists in compiling data and validation and verification documentation  to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide essential administrative support to the Blood Sciences team during the validation of a new managed laboratory service. This role involves collating, managing, and accurately inputting data to support the validation process, ensuring all records are complete, organised, and accessible. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with scientific and managerial staff to track validation progress, maintain documentation, and assist with general administrative duties as required.
