Job overview
We are looking for motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Dental Service Advisors. As the first point of contact for members of the public, you will play a vital role in answering inbound calls and directing patients to the most appropriate service with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls promptly, accurately, and professionally.

Providing high-quality advice and guidance in line with training and performance standards.

Supporting the Team Manager to maintain efficiency and achieve key performance targets.

We’re offering a variety of part-time shift patterns to suit different lifestyles, including:

Our service runs 8am–10pm, 7 days a week, with rota patterns agreed within these hours.
The role of Service Adviser is office based in either Peterborough or Bedford. Please note that training will be held in Peterborough so the ability to travel is necessary) .
Main duties of the job
We are looking for:
· Good IT Skills
· Experience of working under pressure in a busy environment
· Attention to detail and accurate data entry
· Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to be empathetic and a good listener
· The skill to manage sensitive and emotional calls from a range of sources
