Job overview
We are a friendly multidisciplinary team working with adults who have a learning disability, based at Kelling Hospital, covering North Norfolk community.
You will work closely with another Assistant Administrator and Senior Administrator in the team. The Senior Administrator will delegate tasks across the day and week. You will be managed by the Health Team Manager. We sit in the same office as the North Social Care team, and closely with Norfolk County Council Business Support colleagues.
The role is advertised as 22.5 hours a week, working across 3 or 4 days, including Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. You will be based in the office at Kelling Hospital with the North LD Team, but there is the capability for occasional working from home.
Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive and proactive general administrative and clerical support ensuring that all administrative process and tasks are undertaken efficiently, effectively and to a high standard, contributing to the smooth running of the office and its overall effectiveness.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Maths and English GCSE (Grade C or above), or equivalent.
- Shorthand
- NVQ level 2 in Business Administration
Desirable criteria
- Willingness to complete an apprenticeship
- NVQ Level 3 Business Administration
Previous Experience
Essential criteria
- Administration experience in a busy office environment
- Experience working as part of a team
Communication Skills

- Able to communicate effectively in written and verbal English Language
