Access Dental is looking to recruit Operational Assistants in our Out of Hours emergency Dental Clinic.

Operational Assistants will support the service by greeting patients and taking payments, over Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts typically run 08:30 – 16:30, you would be required to cover shifts shifts as part of a regular working patten over a 12-week rolling rota. There will also be an opportunity for you to pick up additional hours covering colleagues leave.

Main duties of the job

What we are looking for:

·       Dental knowledge preferred but not necessary.

·       IT Skills including MS Word & Excel

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Ability to work under own initiative and as a member of a team.

·       Office administration experience

Essential criteria
  • Do you have good IT Skills?

  • Do you have experience of working in a patient/public environment in an administrative role?

  • Good general education, to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) with Grade C or above in English and Maths.
