Job overview

Providing an efficient administrative service to the Safeguarding Children Team.

Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, including personal responsibility for a number of routine delegated tasks.

This vacancy is for 15 hours, which means 2 days and one of those days needs to be a Friday. Please make sure you have this availability before applying.

Main duties of the job

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, generally via email. Prioritise and action as required.

 Ensure that any information received is transferred securely to the appropriate health professional.

Record administrative information onto SystmOne to ensure audit trail.
