At East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust we are proud of the range of services we provide. As a result, we need amazing people to help us deliver these services and provide excellent care to our community.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR department when we are refocusing our people policies to achieve a person centred approach to people management. We want to ensure that all staff can bring their whole self to work and that patients receive the care for them as individuals. We have recently held our Equality Delivery System stakeholder event engaging local stakeholders where we identified our priorities for the coming year.
This newly established role will be responsible for ensuring that the wealth of action plans developed in response to the WRES, WDES, GPG, EDS2 and PSED will achieve our desired outcomes for patients and staff. The post holder will also be pivotal in ensuring that the newly formed staff networks become self managed and self directed to inform the Trust on how we can improve staff experience.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of leading on EDI initiatives within the NHS and have a passion for improving staff and patient outcomes. For further information or an informal discussion please contact Josie Potts, Head of HR on 01483 286515 or via email at email@example.com
This post is a full time but please let us know your working preferences - we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements or make this post as less than full time.
