At East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust we are proud of the range of services we provide.  As a result, we need amazing people to help us deliver these services and provide excellent care to our community.

Do you enjoy making a difference to patients’ lives? Are you committed to supporting colleagues in providing high quality patient care?

If so, then East and North Herts NHS Trust may have the opportunity you are looking for.

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Registered Nurses and Registered Nursing Associates to join our teams across all divisions, including Medicine, Surgery, Cancer and Women's & Children's.

We can offer mentorship courses for qualified nurses and preceptorship for newly qualified nurses or nurses from overseas, to gain a greater understanding and develop their careers. Building upon your existing clinical, leadership and management skills.

We also offer a bespoke, career developing rotation pathway across our Acute Medicine wards for Registered Nurses which is supported by the Matron, Senior Ward Sister and the Head of Nursing! As well as Retention Payment Initiative of £15000 offered within our Elderly Care Service.

We can also offer many benefits including:

• The best of both worlds - excellent transport links and beautiful countryside

• Flexible working arrangements to support your work/life balance

• Childcare vouchers and support for working parents and carers

• Exclusive discounts including eating out, hotels/travel and sports and recreation.

We will be happy to hear from you whether you are experienced Registered Staff Nurse or a student nurse due to Qualify 2020.

As we grow and promote better patient care in our new state of the art facilities, we are looking to expand our nursing teams and recruit highly motivated and innovative Registered Nurses to join our friendly and high performing Trust.

There are plenty of reasons why 5,500 staff come to work here at the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust every day. Join us and find yours!
