Main duties of the job

Your Role: Make Every Call Count


Be the First Point of Contact
Answer urgent and non-urgent calls, helping patients quickly access the right care.

Use NHS Pathways with Confidence
Assess symptoms using NHS Pathways and guide patients to the most appropriate healthcare professional or service.


Provide Reassurance When It Matters Most
During moments of worry, your listening skills and calm communication can make all the difference.

  • Lives within 60 minute commute
  • Has Customer Service Experience
  • Has the right to work in the UK
  • Can commit to 6 weeks full time training (9am-5pm Monday- Friday)

  • Previous Call Handling Experience
