We are recruiting for a Patient Transport Service Dispatcher who wishes to join #TeamIOWNHS. An opportunity has arisen to work as part of the team of Patient Transport Service (PTS) Dispatchers, working in a busy Clinical Coordination Centre your main responsibilities will be

• To receive and process transport requests.
• To achieve effective planning and resourcing for Patient Transport Services.
• To maintain effective/fluent communications with all contractual agencies and Patient Transport Services staff.
• Clerical duties relevant to the effective operation of the Patient Transport Services.
• Be responsible for the collation and reporting of reports as required and determined by the Patient Transport Services Leadership Team.
