Job overview

We are looking for dynamic, flexible and adaptable individuals to join our team, who have a desire to provide an outstanding service to the children, young people and families that access the services of East Kent Hospital University Foundation Trust.

This is an excellent opportunity to apply for a varied and interesting role providing administrative and clerical support to Padua;contributing to the effective management and flow of the Unit on a day to day basis as well as enhancing patient experience.

Main duties of the job

You will be expected to support the unit and staff with day to day administration tasks including but not limited to staffing,  stock administration, audit, patient/family and staff queries or complaints.

You will be required to have oversight of and be able to support the ward clerk in their duties.

You will need to be confident in decision making, organised,  have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task effectively.

You must be motivated,  proactive and able to use your own initiative.
