Come and join us! We have excellent full time opportunity for a registered nurse within the Head and Neck Department at The William Harvey Hospital in Ashford. We are a busy 16 bedded mixed ward with an outpatient department and emergency clinics attached.  We are a friendly, welcoming team, working within a dynamic, responsive and growing unit.

As a unit we pride ourselves on delivering consistent high standards of holistic care. This is reflected in our  performance metrics and feedback from patients, relatives and visitors to our unit.

We offer a supportive environment with an extensive induction programme  This in combination with self-directed study will assist you in caring for a variety of Head and Neck patients

We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and self- motivated staff nurse; who aspires to make a positive contribution to care given to our Head and Neck patients .

Ideally the candidate will have acute post registration experience, however we would welcome applications from newly qualified staff with acute placement experience.

We will provide you with a structured Preceptorship programme, a range of rotational opportunities to enable development of skills across patient pathways, and access to development opportunities with our excellent links with Canterbury Christchurch University

We aim to provide safe and effective care that exceeds the expectations of our patients and the public and we are looking for excellent nurses who embrace our Trust values and care so that:
